Before Christmas break we were learning about magnets in science. We went outside with magnetic sticks to explore things on the playground to see what was magnetic and what wasn't. We recorded our findings on a chart.
Then, we each picked 3 rocks from the playground to bring into the classroom.
Of all the rocks gathered, only one had magnetic material in it.
