We also wrote Santa's stuck procedural stories that were on display in the hallway throughout December. We also created an art project to go along with our writing.
For some more December writing fun we each brought an item from home, wrapped it, and wrote about it. The Mystery Gift Writing assignment is always fun to share with our friends before we leave for Christmas break.
We also had some fun making our parent Christmas gifts. First we sanded the 2X4 pieces of wood.
Then we painted them white...
Finally, we decorated them and wrapped them up just in time for Christmas!
Right before break it was time for our classroom Christmas party!
