This year Mrs. Kasper decided to mix up the ice breaker activity a little bit! Each student had a bag similar to this sitting on his/her desk upon arrival. What looked like an ordinary ball of Play-Doh had a little surprise waiting inside--GLITTER!! We first shaped our initials with the dough, then made our favorite food and finally talked about our grown-up dreams. What a fun get-to-know-one-another activity! (Parents: I sure hope we followed the take-home directions of asking YOU where and when we were allowed to play with the oh-SO-shiny glitter ball.) :)
