On Tuesday, May 10th our 2nd grade class traveled to Hutchinson for a fun-filled field trip day! We left school early that morning to make sure we'd make it to the Dillon Nature Center in time for our hand fishing adventure!
After we collected things from the pond, we went inside the classroom to take a closer look at what was inside our jars!
Then, we ventured out to the visitor center where we learned about fish in the aquarium.
Finally, we had some time to take a look around the discovery room!
Next, it was time to see the Grand Canyon movie at the Kansas Cosmosphere & Space Center!
We all enjoyed the iMax Theater!

I remember a very similar field trip when YOU were the student, Mrs. Kasper! It looks like you had fun on your "repeat" trip.
